A BLOCK OF THE MONTH The sample quilt will be here September 5th for you to see. I think you will be pleasantly surprised this year at the beautiful quilt Moda has put together for us. Starting in January.
The 1st Sat new block of the month starts on October 3rd we will be doing Pansy Park.
We are adding a Saturday Class for Scrap Therapy Get organized - have fun -make quilts We are having a great time in SCRAP THERAPY Come in and choose from several patterns and cut one week and sew the next. Scrap therapy addresses the stash problem by teaching quilters how to turn their mounds of beautiful fabric into usable sizes….which are then ready to create quilts and other projects with custom designed Scrap Therapy patterns Mondays Sept 21st Oct 5th & 19th Nov. 2nd & 16th 1:30–4:00 Saturdays Oct 17th Nov. 21st 8:30 – 3:30
EMBROIDERY CLUB
Will begin meeting on Wednesday Sept 16th, 30th Oct 14th & 28th Nov 11th & 25th Come and see what new projects Pam has for you to work on 10:00 – 4:00 $20.00 per session
APPLIQUÉ CLUB
Come and join Lois on a Saturday for a relaxing morning of appliqué. There will be a yearly fee of $20.00 for all members. If you join the club you will receive a 20% discount on appliqué fabric and supplies the day of the meeting. 9:30 – 11:30 April 25th May 16th June 27th

MACHINE EMBROIDERY CLUB
This class is open to all owners of Embroidery Machines Pam Plasch has been trained in the 4D embroidery and will be here to teach you how to use your machine to its full capacity. We meet once a month so you have time to work at home and complete projects in between classes. Class fee: $20.00 per session if the machine was not purchased at this shop. First Fridays of the Month 10:00 – 4:00

THIMBLEBERRIES CLUB 2009! 2009 will begin our 8th year of Thimbleberries Club. Thimbleberries Club is a group developed by designer Lynette Jensen. She patterned the club after quilt guilds and homemaker groups from the past. Each year she presents a quilt or group of quilts to be made by club members. She also designs a line of fabric to go with the club quilts. Each shop that participates can take the guidelines she sets and do what they want with those ideas. Here at Fabric Fashions & More we meet each month on the 2nd Monday at 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm and also the following Tuesday at 9:30 am. Meetings are casual, social and informative, lasting approximately 1 ½ hours. We keep you updated on new Thimbleberries fabric lines, books and patterns. Our club members are special! We let you know about upcoming events such as bus trips, retreats and sales. Special discounts are available on all meeting days. A free class, monthly door prizes and lunch are also part of our agenda. Sharon and Ginny are looking forward to a fun and fantastic year of Thimbleberries Club 2009

QUILTING 202 INTERMEDIATE
If you have taken a beginning quilting class then this is the class for you. We will be using the Terry Atkinson Book “Lessons From Mama”. You will learn how to read patterns and faster easier piecing techniques. This is a great next step. 6:30 – 9:00 pm 6 sessions May 5th 19th 26th June 2nd 9th & 16th Instructor: Vicki Class Fee: $60.00 + supplies
BEGINNING & BEYOND MACHINE QUILTING Judi Niemi was the Minnesota long-arm quilter of the year, so you can learn from one of the best how to get all your finished tops attached to the backs. Whether you choose free-motion with a darning foot or to follow a pattern with a walking foot, by the time you leave you will have the knowledge to finish your quilts. Remember….. Open sewing on Thursdays during store hours for anyone who would like to come & sew. This is a great chance to get some projects done or started! Maybe even catch up on a class you’ve been taking. (No Instructor)
