APPLIQUE CLUB
Our Appliqué club has taken
a different avenue. We are trying our hand at wool appliqué.
Come and join Anne and our fun group for a new adventure in
appliqué.
There will be a yearly fee
of $15.00 for all members. If you join the club you will receive
a 20% discount on fabric and supplies used for the class.

THIS IS AN AWESOME CLASS
If quilt tops are piling up and you don’t
know how to finish them learn from one of the best.
Whether you choose free-motion with a darning foot or to
follow a pattern with a walking foot, by the time you leave you
will have the knowledge to finish your quilts.
This is really the best $20.00 you will spend
on a class.

Make yourself
some nice spring towels or just learn how to applique using some
of the basic or decorative stitches on your machine.
Sharon will teach you how to
make beautiful applique on the machine using one on the Nancy
Halvorsen books.

curves?
Then you need to let Vicky walk you
through this quilt.
You will have the fabric cut out
in no time and be sewing the top before lunch.

Make this easy table runner using pretty
florals or the newer fun fabrics, either way it will look
wonderful on your table.

STACK-N-WHACK
You will never look at a large scale print
the same again after you do a Stack-N-whack
If you already have one done maybe it’s time to revisit
an old technique.
Either way it’s fun and you will be amazed at the results. Most
large scale prints work well.
Come in and try out the mirrors to get a preview of what
your quilt will look like.

BEGINNING ROTARY
CUTTING & MACHINE
PIECING 101
Learn all the basic
techniques you will need to know to make a quilt.
From rotary cutting the pieces to applying the binding,
you will complete a small block sampler that can be used as a
wall hanging or a table topper.

NINE PATCH WITH AN ATTITUDE
Sharon saw this at a quilt show and fell in
love with it come and join her in making this circle quilt using
templates and choose either scraps or coordinating fabrics for a
unique looking quilt.

LESSONS FROM MAMA
If you have
taken a beginning quilting class then this is the class for you.
We will be using the Terry Atkinson Book “Lessons From
Mama”. This is a
great way to improve your quilting skills everything from
reading a pattern to better pressing techniques.
When you are finished you will have a beautiful full size
quilt.

We now meet
TWICE a month so even more scraps are being used and you can
come in the morning and afternoon and get twice as much cutting
or sewing done.
